Our journey began with a simple question.
The question we kept asking ourselves was "How can we do this better"? Believing there had to be a better way led us on a journey to knowledge, a knowledge that sales was much more than asking for the sale. There are many aspects to a sales presentation and many small nuances that most sales agents either don't know or were never trained to use.
I have been in commission based sales for over 40 years, and I have been an independent insurance agent for 25 years. I have successfully trained many insurance agents and MLM folks over the last 25 years.I have personally sold millions of dollars in production over the years, and I maintain a high persistency rate.
Training is my passion and my joy comes from seeing struggling sales reps catch fire and strive to reach their potential.
